It is very important you provide the necessary information correctly and open for communication. Still, we can not guarantee the best fit, because your information will not be very precise. Therefore our modeling will meet 90-95% or more correct accuracy. We do not commit 100% fit.

It will take time for your feet to get used to the special insoles. You may feel pain in your foot in the first period.

Persons with infections, ulcerations on the bottom of their feet, or severe foot deformities should not use custom-fit, molded, or pre-molded orthotics. Please consult a podiatrist or foot care professional about custom orthotics designed to address these conditions.

We can dispacth orders 12 days on the avarage. Delivery after shipment takes 10 days on the avarage. Overall delivery performance around 20 days.

We contact you and try to understand the problem. We can 100% guarantee. But if the problem is our mistake we commit to sending a second pair of custom insole or slipper with insole free of charge depending on the case.

Depending on the usage conditions insoles may be lost their original forms at times. As long as there is no change in your foot condition reported by you, we can re-produce custom insole pairs from the model already available. We can talk if any modification is needed.

When re-ordering you do NOT need to buy slippers again. We can provide custom insole pairs only so that you pay less.

Custom insole will be produced based on your information at least three-layer by using material EVA (Ethylene-vinyl acetate). Contrary to rigid materials such as hard acrylic, and resin; EVA provides flexibility. Moreover, each layer of the insole design has a different thickness and softness based on the information you provided. We choose the combination depending on your weight, the angle of your foot, your condition whether diabetic or not, and your foot condition as long as you indicate.

We work on a custom insole separately for the "left" and "right" feet based on information provided by your foot pictures.

The custom insole is produced in the following steps (2-4 days in total):

1. Modelling
2. Base part production on CNC milling
3. Finishing by hand for slipper
4. Covering the surface

Custom insoles are made up of EVA material having various stiffness.

Daily slippers made of high quality materials (flux leather) are resistant to water thanks to their special upper material. It is suitable for use on beaches . Full protection is provided by using reinforcing inner seams for extra durability.

Soles produced in the injection system in a fully automated production track are made of biodegradable polyurethane material. With its light and durable structure, it does not tire your feet and has a long service life. The bonding process of our slippers produced in the injection system is done on automatic computerized machines.

- Do not wash slippers by hand or in a machine. Do not clean with chemical materials.

- Do not put wetted or moist under a heater or near a stove. Do not try to dry with fast dryers. Let it dry on its own with a dry cloth.
